Added images to the gallery, but was unable to upload a gif I made of a sculpture... guess i'll just post it on the blog. Also tried to upgrade the gallery swf but that proved to be incompatible with the tweaks I made to the older version currently loaded.

For guidance, inspiration and motivation I have been reading these: Sargent's Painting Notes, and Sargent Interview); They include somewhat of an interview with John Singer Sargent, whom my previous professor David Owen Campbell holds in such high regard for his Alla Prima technique. Both Sargent's and his student's comments thus far seem quite enlightening. I have yet to read James Gurney's more in depth post on Sargent, but I'm sure they'll be just as enjoyable as the former.
